Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are dispatched from Slovenia within 2 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Where we ship
We ship to Slovenia, the rest of the EU and Switzerland. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom or Norway.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5 business days from dispatch. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders of €39.99 or more. For orders below €39.99, shipping is a flat rate of €3.90 (or the equivalent in your local currency). The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties
Orders within the EU have no customs fees. Orders to Switzerland may be subject to import duties or VAT charged by the carrier, which are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at calelia.official@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
