30-day returns

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason. At CALELIA we extend this: you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

How to return an item

Email us at calelia.official@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and tell us you would like to return the item.
We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back within 14 days of letting us know.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

Return shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. When you contact us, we will tell you how to send the item back at no cost to you.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof that you have sent it back.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. Your statutory consumer rights under EU and Slovenian law, including the legal guarantee for goods, are not affected.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Email us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Right of withdrawal and model withdrawal form

You may withdraw from your purchase by telling us clearly, for example by email to calelia.official@outlook.com or by post to the address below. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.
