What is S925 sterling silver?
S925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver, the standard for fine silver jewelry.
What stones do you use?
Our necklaces are set with moissanite. Our rings feature heart-cut cubic zirconia. Each product page states which stone is used.
How long are the necklace chains?
Our necklace chains are 40 cm with a 5 cm extender, so you can wear them anywhere from 40 cm to 45 cm.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
We recommend removing it before swimming, showering or sleeping. See our Jewelry Care page for more.
Are the rings adjustable?
Yes. Our rings have an adjustable open design, so you don't need to know your exact ring size.
Does my order come in a gift box?
Yes. Every piece arrives in a CALELIA gift box and pouch, ready to give.
Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to Slovenia, the rest of the EU and Switzerland. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom or Norway.
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched from Slovenia within 2 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 5 business days from dispatch. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of €39.99 or more. For smaller orders, shipping is a flat rate of €3.90. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I use my welcome discount?
